Access to Care operates a number of residential placements within Bolton and the surrounding areas. We provide support to young people who are “Looked After” as well as adults who are living with mental health issues and/or learning disabilities, and who are preparing to live independently.
Access to Care offer semi-independent settings that are staffed 24hrs a day. Our staff offer support and guidance to develop life skills, encourage independence and work with a person centred approach.
Access to Care’s staff are trained and experienced within the support sector, offering a homely and supportive environment that encourages individuals to develop life skills and exceed their potential through support and empowerment.
